spomarani: (me myself and i)

LJ is worrying me more and more with their stupid changes, so yeah I'm taking most of my posts (the old, shameful ones and the not-so-shameful recent ones) and put them on my dreamwidth:

So yeah...

Well, guys...I've had a pretty terrifying experience today. I was just driving home from college and slipped off the road, having my car flip over and over in to a ditch, leaving it completely upside down. I'm fine though, just traumatized...had to go to the hospital for tests and checking to make sure I didn't have any concussions or break any thing. Man, this is not a good way to end a Friday :(

This was a fun meme from verizonhorizon's journal. (Sorry for grammatical errors and such, but i'm typing from my phone)

- Comment with "I see what you did there!"
- I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can get to know you better.
- Update your journal with the answers to the questions.
- Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people questions.

1. Have you always liked to draw? Did anyone in particular inspire or encourage you in the arts?
Oh yes, I always loved to draw, ever since I was little. As for those who inspired and encourage me, I'd say my parents, friends, my school art teachers who told me that o had the creativity and talent to be a good artist.

2. Have you ever had to break up a friendship? Why? What happened?
No, I don't think I had to break up a friendship; most of the time, my friendships just fizzle out to of point of minimal contact.

3. How many hours can you spend talking to a good friend on the phone (or Internet)?
The longest I've ever spent on the phone was 2 1/2 hours with a good friend, but I had a conversation that lasted about a day and a half online XD

4. How did you come to be on Livejournal?
Well, I came to LJ through the Ace Attorney fandom, looking for fanfic for the Pheonix Wright/Miles Edgeworth pairing (my first slash) and I joined groups for Ace Attorney also.

5. When did you decide Kirk/Spock was awesome?
After watching Amok Time through order of The Ship's Closet. The smile that Spock gave to Jim at the end just sealed the deal for me. And my love for this ship only escalated through reading wonderful fics and meta and viewing fanart.

My first video game was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis. At the age of four, the game was a challenge and I'd have to ask my dad to help me after the first level. Nowadays, I still enjoy playing the game on the original system and can make it to the second to last level without dying.

I've had an alien race in my mind for quite a while now.
They live on a planet entirely made of nebulous gases and live their entire lifecycle based of the stars in the sky. Even their bodies are shaped just like them. As the creatures grow up, they change colors and grow sizes, just like stars do. The youngest would be white in color and the oldest, a dark shade of reddish-orange; they would have two choices in the life: as a interplanetary scholar, their growth cycle resembling stars that end in white dwarfs and traveling all over galaxies to gain further knowledge  or warriors, with their life styles resembling stars that end in supernovas and gain power and respect through protect their planet.
They travel around in long distances by hovering and flying in patterns unlike shooting stars, the creatures that live amongst them are clound configurations of animals resembling cats, dogs, elephants, and other Earth animals, but with fantastical elements.
The culture of this alien races is those similar to nomadic scholars and soldiers, traveling through space fighting and gaining knowlegde.

Hmm, that's alot for me to type, I;m not much of a writer ^^;
